Chris Redd as Lil Nas X Gives God a Lap Dance in ‘Saturday Night Live’ Cold Open – Watch!

Saturday Night Live is taking on Lil Nas X‘s controversial new music video.

The sketch kicked off on Saturday (April 3) with another episode of “Oops You Did It Again,” with Chloe Fineman reprising her impersonation of Britney Spears where she gives controversial figures a chance to apologize.

Her first guest was Lil Nas X, played by SNL cast member Chris Redd, who talked about the social media outrage he received from conservatives about his “Satan Shoes” and his “Montero (Call Me By Your Name)” music video, where he poles dances to hell and gives Satan a lap dance.

Chris as Lil Nas X decided to even things out and give God a lap dance. Cast member Mikey Day then came out dressed up in a white cloak with long, white hair and a white beard, sat down on the coach, and then Lil Nas X gave him a lap dance.

“May I remind people that was not the real God, that was just my friend Gary,” Chris as Lil Nas X said.

After watching the sketch, the real Lil Nas X reacted to it on Twitter, jokingly tweeting, “snl going to hell.”

If you missed it, Lil Nas X‘s net worth was recently revealed!
